"Primary vs. Inherited Administrators and Administrator Groups"

Primary Administrators and Primary Groups are those individuals and groups which have been explicitly designated as Administrators and Administrator groups for this community.    Additionally, this community "inherits" the Administrators and Administrator Groups of all the communities under which this community resides, all the way up to the top-level community. Top-level communities, therefore, have no Inherited Administrators or Inheritied Groups.
