"The following Files from this Knowledge Center have expired"

Files in automatically have a default expiration date of 365 days from the date of upload.  After expiring, Files will no longer be available to users and will appear in this view, where the Administrator has the option of reactivating them.  When reactivated, the Files will again be available to users.  Their expiration dates will be reset by default to 365 days from the date of reactivation.
