Inherited Users
A Folder always inherits its permissible users from the Knowledge Center that contains it (i.e., its "Parent" Knowledge Center).  Users' access to the Parent also determines what access they may have to the Folder.  The levels of permissible Access are:

 Administrator

Administrators of the Parent Knowledge Center must be Administrators of this Folder.

 Author

Authors of the Parent Knowledge Center can have Author, Read-Only, or No Access to this Folder.

 Read Only

Depending on whether the Read-Only Folder users have Read-Only or Author Access to the Parent Knowledge Center, they may have Author, Read-Only, or No Access to this Folder.

 TO CHANGE:
In order to change the Access options that are available for this Folder, the Access levels for the users must be changed at the Knowledge Center level.  After completing this Wizard, select the Knowledge Center and click:

Once you have modified the users' Access levels for the Knowledge Center, you can modify their Access levels for this Folder:
