Select Security
This option determines how access to this new Folder will be granted.  Two options are available:

 Inherit from the Parent
Inherit the same users and access levels as the Knowledge Center or Folder that will contain this new Folder.

 Customize Access & Users
Select every user and access level yourself.  Note: Only users with access to this Knowledge Center are eligible for access to this Folder.
