Is this Knowledge Center searchable?
Should this Knowledge Center be included in user searches?  When users search using search terms, those searches are only performed on Knowledge Centers that are noted as "searchable."  Knowledge Centers that are not searchable are never included in user searches.

This setting is determined by the Security Level that was chosen by the creator at the time that this Knowledge Center was created.  The Security settings are as follows:

 High Security - This Knowledge is not searchable.
 Medium Security - This Knowledge Center is searchable.
 Low Security - This Knowledge Center is searchable.
 TO CHANGE:
The Security level of a Knowledge Center, which determines whether this "Searchable" option, cannot be changed once the Knowledge Center is created.
