| Do user changes to this Knowledge Center require approval by the Administrator before they take effect? User changes include the following: Create a Folder; Delete a Folder; Upload a File; Delete a File; Add a New Version; and Delete a Version.
This setting is determined by the Security Level that was chosen by the creator at the time that this Knowledge Center was created. The Security settings are as follows: |
 High Security - User changes must be approved. |
| Medium Security - User changes automatically post and do not have to be approved. |
| Low Security - User changes automatically post and do not have to be approved. |
